This report summarises the findings from research carried out by LSE Housing and Communities that aims to create a set of learnings about how the Magpie Project is delivered. This report aims not to provide a blueprint to replicate the Magpie Project, but a tool book that could aid the creation of a project that would work in the local Lambeth setting.
